Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Monitoring & Gap Analysis: Track performance of multiple solar plants, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
- Multi-site Coordination: Liaise with site in-charges for day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and implementation of best practices across all sites.
- Team Development: Support recruitment, training, and retention of site O&M teams to maintain high productivity and engagement levels.
- Project Handover/Takeover: Ensure smooth transitions, following defined scopes and protocols.
- MIS & Documentation: Manage weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.
- Cost Optimization: Identify and onboard quality local vendors to optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.
Candidate Profile:
- Education:
- B.E. in Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC)
- Experience:7–10 years of overall experience with min. 5 years in Solar O&M as middle level management. Experience with 33kV substations, transmission lines, and related troubleshooting is preferred.
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MIS reporting
Work Environment:
- Base Location: Pune Head Office
- Travel to project sites across India
