**JD - Cosmetic Formulator**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cosmetic Formulator to join our team at Euphoria. As a Senior Cosmetic Formulator, you will be responsible for developing, formulating, and improving our range of skincare products. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in cosmetic formulation. The job is full-time and based in Bangalore, Karnataka.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in cosmetic formulation, preferably in the skincare industry.
- Proven knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, their functions, and their interactions.
- Strong understanding of formulation techniques, stability testing, and product scale-up.
- Experience in developing natural and organic skincare products is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with regulations and requirements of cosmetic product safety and labelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate formulation records.
- Proficient in using formulation software and tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Formulate and develop skincare products, including creams, lotions, serums, and balms.
- Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and market trends to optimize product formulations.
- Create and maintain formulation records, including ingredient lists, specifications, and manufacturing instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Optimize existing formulas to improve product performance, stability, and cost-efficiency. **Source and evaluate new raw materials to ensure high-quality standards.**
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to secure new ingredients and negotiate pricing.
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, scientific advancements, and innovations in cosmetic formulation.
