**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Expert to join our team in an internal decision-making capacity. In this role, prior professional experience is not a requirement. We welcome individuals who have a genuine passion for makeup and cosmetics and have honed their skills through personal practice and experimentation. Your deep understanding of makeup, cosmetics, and beauty trends, gained through your own self-experience, will allow you to provide valuable input and contribute to the success of our brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies in the makeup and cosmetics sector.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations for product development and enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to contribute beauty expertise to decision-making processes.
- Provide guidance and insights on color combinations, textures, and product formulations to align with customer expectations and market demands.
- Analyze customer feedback, reviews, and sales data to identify areas of improvement and suggest modifications or new product lines.
- Offer expert advice on marketing campaigns, branding strategies, and promotional activities to ensure they resonate with the target audience and enhance brand perception.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and discussions to contribute creative ideas and solutions related to beauty concepts, packaging designs, and product positioning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with beauty influencers, industry professionals, and experts to gain valuable insights and leverage their expertise.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Hanan Dashti Pvt Ltd at industry events, conferences, and seminars.

Qualifications:

- A genuine passion for the beauty industry, makeup, and cosmetics.
- Solid experience in doing makeup for yourself, experimenting with different techniques, color combinations, and textures.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas, concepts, and insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze information from various sources.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in market research tools, trend analysis, and data visualization platforms is a plus.
- Passion for beauty and a genuine interest in staying ahead of industry trends and developments.
