We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Loan Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our loan products, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy**: Develop and implement marketing plans to promote loan products to potential clients.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events, community functions, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- **Sales Performance**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting loan products and closing deals.
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports on marketing activities, client interactions, and sales performance for management review.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all marketing practices comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in loan marketing, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly loan offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
