- Major Responsibilities- KYC Cross-Checking: Verify KYC documents alongside e-Aadhaar data captured directly from the site using our API through biometric devices.
- Field Activities: Take charge of field activities related to business, including house visits other different methods.
- Coordination: Ensure effective coordination with Branches, anchor points, and the conserned departments.
- Business Targets: Collaborate with Branches to achieve assigned Business growth.
- Query Resolution: Promptly escalate field-level queries to anchor points for resolution.
- Liaisoning: Maintain a liaison with conserned departments through anchor points to ensure proper communication and steady business growth.
- Monitoring: Monitor disbursements and collections activities at Branches.
- Reporting: Submit daily field reports to the Anchor Point / conserned departments.
