**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Entry & Report Generation**: Accurately input data into computer systems and generate reports as required.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical assistance to users, addressing queries and resolving problems effectively.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and user support requests.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of computer
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey technical information clearly.
- **Problem-Solving**: Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in performing tasks to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.
- **Education**: BCA, BSc (IT), or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar technical support role**.**

**Working Conditions Hours**: Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 6 Pm
