We are seeking a highly skilled DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator to join our creative team. We are looking for someone with a passion for design and a sharp eye for detail, who can create visually compelling materials that reflect our brand's voice and message. If you have a strong command of tools like **Canva, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop**, and enjoy producing high-quality designs, we would love to hear from you

**Job Summary**:

- Create, edit, and layout digital materials such as instagram & facebook posts, blog posts, newsletters, etc.
- Design visually appealing content in line with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ensure that all designs are ready to post with proper formatting, color correction, and typography.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure design consistency and quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design tools.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in Canva** - ability to create professional designs and templates with ease.
- **Expert in CorelDRAW** - solid experience in vector-based graphic design and layout.
- **Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop** - excellent skills in photo editing, retouching, and graphic manipulation.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of other graphic design software (e.g., InDesign) is a plus.
- Strong creative and artistic abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
