**Job Summary**:

- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products or services.
- Monitor and optimize ongoing campaigns to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze data from various digital channels (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to assess performance and make improvements.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually engaging marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies for growing organic traffic, generating leads, and boosting online sales.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in SEO/SEM** - deep understanding of keyword research, link building, on-page and off-page optimization.
- **Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics** - ability to plan and manage paid campaigns and analyze performance.
- **Strong knowledge of social media platforms** - expertise in running paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- **Content marketing expertise** - experience in creating engaging content for different channels.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach to campaigns.
- Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
