
Front Office Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions, ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- Monitor visitor access, maintain security awareness, monitoring logbook..
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages, provide information to callers, deal with queries from the public and customers
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, prepare correspondence and documents
- Receive and sort mail/courier and deliveries
- Schedule appointments, maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Organize conference, meeting room bookings, co-ordinate meetings
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, control inventory relevant to reception area
**Education and Experience**
- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in front desk operations in hospitality / service industry
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Keyboard skills, ability to work a switchboard
