Location: India

Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant

Key Skill Sets:
Qualifications:

- You have at least 5 + years of experience in consulting, preferably with 2 to 3 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
- You have practical experience in field service, customer service, service desk, case management, queues, dispatching, knowledge base, contracts/SLAs, field service planning, stock, and asset management.
- You have served as a consultant on at least two end-to-end implementations
- Strong experience within Field Service Module.
- Copilot knowledge would be added advantage

Technical Skills:

- Managing work orders and scheduling resources.
- Knowledge of the Field Service mobile app. - Understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

Interpersonal Skills:

- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.

Job Responsibilities:

- Implementing solutions to schedule resources and meet customer requirements.
- Optimizing resources by matching skills, locations, and availability. - Managing and dispatching work orders

These roles require a mix of technical expertise and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
