Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Female)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls, ensuring each customer receives personalized attention and care.
Understand customer needs and requirements to provide accurate and efficient solutions, product information, and guidance.
Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating the root cause and implementing appropriate resolutions, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the relevant departments while ensuring that customers are kept informed throughout the process.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening, empathizing, and showing genuine interest in their concerns.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and consistent information to customers.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes and deliver exceptional service.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Maintain customer databases and records, updating information and interactions promptly and accurately.
Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and gather feedback to improve our services.
Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to customer interactions and support metrics.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Care Executive or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure, ensuring a positive customer experience even in challenging situations.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to address customer concerns effectively.
Proficient computer skills and experience working with customer service software and databases.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekends, as required.
Fluency in [relevant languages] will be an advantage.
