o Allotment of duties for staff, prepare monthly duty roster and manage the staff’s leaves and offs in coordination with the ND
- Custody of emergency drugs. Records of their administration.
- Indents for drugs and consumables and their distribution.
- Maintenance of stock registers, inventories.
- Interpretations of center’s policies & regulations and their implementation.
- Check and maintain nursing records and registers. Check for proper documentation.
- Investigation of complaints. Maintain incident reports.
- Co-ordination and facilitating work of other staff, e.g. Physio therapist, occupational therapist, dietician, Respiratory and Speech therapists.
- Orientation of new staff.
- Maintaining good relationships among all categories of staff and with patients and their relatives.
- Discipline of nursing and domestic staff. Reporting on absence of staff.
- Confidential reports to the Nursing Director.
- Rounds with medical staff and ND.
- Participation in professional activities.
- Direct patient care.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
