**job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate with vendors and monitor shipment schedules.
- Handle daily logistics operation.
- Handle all the shipping documents, L/C, D/P, D/A etc and the payment terms.
- Proceeding the Pre & Post-Shipment Documentation such as Customs, Buyer & Bank Documentation
- Ensuring Export Documents are as per the guidelines laid down in the Vendor Manual
- Co-ordination with Forwarder for flight and Vessel details and handing over the goods
- Providing AWB, FCR & BL Instruction to the Forwarder as per Buyers requirement.
- Co-ordination with Buyer for payment releasing
- Co-ordination with Bank for payment releasing to Vendors
- Update the final documents at ERP.
- Manage shipment information in systems
- .Qualification : B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA
- Diploma (preferred)
- Experience : 1-7 years
- Salary : 18 k -35k
- Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
- Schedule**:Day shift**:

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
