**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and upload correct product images, product descriptions, attributes and submit on time and of the required quality on the website as per the requirement from commercial, marketing/web content teams.
- Ensure consistency of graphic assets e.g. viewpoints, sizing, ratios, image resolutions etc.
- Ensure that deadlines and daily targets are strictly met.
- Update timesheets and worksheets on a timely basis.
- Site maintenance through frequent site checks e.g. ensure that all products are allocated at the right categories, and new products are correctly fulfilled. Action any amends quickly.
- Create and maintain store listings across all regions and flag anything that's incorrect.
- Pre-Processing content for all CeX regions & brands.
- Create, maintain and fulfill MWB and DMWB product boards.
- Get trained on processes and projects and take ownership eventually.
- Hand-holding subordinates and team members on projects and processes.
- Assign and monitor daily tasks and activities whenever required.
- Catalog, content & process quality analysis.
- Maintain high content quality standards.

**Required Skills**:

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of competitor websites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of the internet and experience in using E-commerce and content management tools.
- Good knowledge and experience in working on product catalogs, categories, attributes etc. is a must.
