**Real Estate Sales and Marketing Executive**

**Position Summary**:
The Real Estate Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive property sales and enhance brand presence. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative marketing, and strong sales acumen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve property sales targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and markets for growth.
- **Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote properties and the brand.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, print media, and events.
- **Lead Generation and Management**:

- Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel to conversion.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct property showings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyze data to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Work with designers and agencies to create high-quality visual content.
- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Enhance brand awareness and reputation in the market.
- **Event Planning and Management**:

- Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and exhibitions to attract potential buyers.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and marketing ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of real estate markets and industry trends.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with luxury real estate or commercial properties.
- Familiarity with real estate regulations and compliance.
- Certification in real estate or marketing (e.g., REALTOR®, CPM, CAM).
