**Let's Speak** Language Academy, with 14 years of experience, specializes in foreign language training. We have branches in Adyar, Velachery, and OMR (Thoraipakkam), providing top-notch language education.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to inform potential students about courses and programs.
- Generate and qualify leads, maintaining a database of prospective students.
- Answer incoming calls and provide information to prospective and current students.
- Provide individual counseling to students on academic and career-related issues.
- Assist students in setting realistic academic and career goals.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide timely interventions as needed.
- Facilitate communication between students and instructors to address academic concerns.
- Prepare reports on counseling activities and student outcomes for review by the administration.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as a student counselor or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with students.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in an educational institution.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
