Job Overview:
As a Dispatch Staff at Nandini West, you will be an integral part of our logistics team, responsible for coordinating and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our products to customers. Your role will involve efficiently managing orders, optimizing delivery routes, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and customers to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing and Assignment:

- Receive incoming orders from customers or internal departments.
- Verify order details for accuracy and completeness.
- Assign orders to appropriate drivers or couriers based on location, load, and delivery schedule.

2. Routing and Route Optimization:

- Plan and optimize delivery routes considering factors such as traffic, distance, and delivery priorities.
- Use route optimization software to ensure efficient and cost-effective deliveries.

3. Communication and Coordination:

- Maintain clear and open communication with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and address any issues.
- Act as a point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries or concerns.

4. Real-time Monitoring and Problem Resolution:

- Monitor delivery progress through GPS systems and tracking tools.
- Address any unexpected delays, route deviations, or incidents promptly to ensure on-time deliveries.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and incidents.
- Generate regular reports on delivery performance, efficiency, and any incidents for management review.

6. Customer Service:

- Interact with customers to provide information, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive delivery experience.
- Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries and address any issues professionally.

7. Emergency Response and Safety:

- Coordinate emergency response in case of accidents, breakdowns, or other unforeseen incidents.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during dispatch operations.

8. Equipment Management:

- Schedule routine maintenance and inspections for delivery vehicles.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability and safety.

9. Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings in dispatch operations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to implement improvements and streamline workflows.

10. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with other departments, including warehouse, inventory, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 10th/12th Pass / Graduate / Masters
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns.
- Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field preferred.
