TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**ROLE OBJECTIVE**
- Focus on driving improvements on key plant matrices.
- Create a culture of continuous improvement in the plant.
- Work with the CoE teams across regions and processes to demonstrate as well as implement the lessons learnt.
- Act as a plant representative to communicate the plant performance to the management and set a path for continuous improvement milestones as per regional and local guidelines.
- Train the value stream teams to work as self-sufficient teams in continuous improvement.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Development of Site TEOA deployment plans consistent with business unit / region strategic and operational planning.
- Support and mentor site-based Kaizen Facilitators to enable them to succeed in the TEOA deployment.
- Responsible for reviewing the implementation of the primary tools and work on achieving the agreed star level though Value stream transformation.
- Monitor progress against plans and achievement of continuous improvement and progression to higher performance levels.
- Responsible for Updating the lean tool status, Update the Site matrix in plant, SAP BPC data uploading & Assessment tool update.
- Monitor and report site level measurements and performance to star assessment levels.
- Facilitate TEOA Kaizen events throughout the site.
- Should Work on Six sigma project as well as help the other aspirants to certify on six sigma

**Skills Required and Competency**:
**EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE**
- B.E. (Mechanical)
- Hands on practical implementation of lean tools.
- Has Led Kaizen events with proven results in area like: - 5S+1, VOC, Digital factory, Material planning and quality improvement.
- Trained in lean manufacturing tools like QCO, TPM etc.
- Six Sigma Black belt will be preferred. Green Belt is mandatory.

**CRITICAL EXPERIENCE**
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience with focus on production, QA, supply chain, logistics and industrial engineering

**COMPETENCIES**
- Hands on Experience in continuous improvement activities
- Experience in working effectively & directly with management team
- Experience in driving digital projects
- Understanding in Six sigma concepts and driving projects
- Kaizen facilitator
- Understanding of lean manufacturing tools

**Competencies**:
