At TE you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer sustainable and more connected world Job Overview Establishes program metrics monitors the programs and projects to improve products and processes and aligns them with the business strategies Job Requirements Understanding key customer needs from the user data and feedback coordinating with the functional and team leaders to include and implement the recommendations Monitoring the performance of the existing solutions identifying the opportunities based on the user data and emerging trends in the industry Coordinating with key stakeholders and business partners to recommend priorities and strategies and drive optimization using the data Utilizing the reports and analytics to recommend roadmaps and key decisions and communicating strategy and solution to the critical stakeholders Responsibilities The role will support activities undergoing TEOA transformations at the site as prioritized at the Critical Projects Review aligned with the plant deployment strategy and the start level target evolution and certification Account for Monthly reporting of TEOA KPIs Support and mentor site based TEOA Practitioners Kaizen Facilitators to enable them to succeed in the TEOA deployment Manage and control individual project teams and deployment plans at both site and functional levels Develop skill levels of practitioners and other site personnel in order to implement and sustain TEOA Monitor progress against plans and achievement of continuous improvement and progression to higher star assessment levels Strategy deployment target Monitor and report site level measurements and performance to star assessment levels Lead the value stream project teams develop value stream maps and execute the TEOA implementation plan for specific value streams to achieve the plant level TEOA metrics and goals whilst ensuring alignment to the business unit strategy Create plan drive and follow-up of the TEOA implementation plan and ensure TEOA actions are visual to stakeholders and are driven to a sustainable closure Facilitate TEOA Kaizen events throughout the site Analyze inventory turnover WIP levels and material availability issues through collaboration with supply chain team Implement Lean inventory systems Kanban Supermarket Pull Two-bin and JIT Provide leadership on lean thinking lean processing and lean production Train team members management and staff in all TEOA Foundations TEOA and Center Of Excellence tools Support and follow the Digital Factory Tools implementation and usage Education and Knowledge BE B Tech Mechanical Production Automotive Engineering Previous Experience Deep understanding of Lean tools and methodologies Six Sigma Green Belt trained with Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills as well as good business acumen is essential Able to convey complex ideas clearly and influence Adaptable flexible and responsive in a rapidly-changing process-improvement synergy-focused environment Excellent coaching skills at all levels from the shop floor to top management Knowledge in wiring harness plastic injection molding metal stamping processes will be an added advantage Proficiency in layout planning tools AutoCAD etc is a plus Critical Experience Minimum of 8-10 years of hands on experience in Automotive industry Deep understanding of Lean tools and methodologies Atleast Green Belt Six Sigma trained with Strong analytical Problem Solving Skill Competencies Values Integrity Accountability Inclusion Innovation Teamwork ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY TE Connectivity plc NYSE TEL is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer sustainable productive and connected future Our broad range of connectivity and sensor solutions enable the distribution of power signal and data to advance next-generation transportation energy networks automated factories data centers medical technology and more With more than 85 000 employees including 9 000 engineers working alongside customers in approximately 130 countries TE ensures that EVERY CONNECTION COUNTS Learn more at and on and WHAT TE CONNECTIVITY OFFERS We are pleased to offer you an exciting total package that can also be flexibly adapted to changing life situations -
