**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Development of 3-axis CNC VMC programs for Die & Mold parts by using CAM software.

2. Transfer machine codes and setup instructions to VMC machines through software.

3. Regular review of VMC productivity through centralized MDC (machine data collection) software and implementing ways to improve productivity.

4. Maintaining a minimum stock level of tooling for VMC machines to minimize downtime.

Cycle time & downtime reduction by using modern tooling and advanced programming procedure.
- Graduate or diploma in Production Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Tool & Die making.
- Hands-on experience in program generation for critical parts using CAM software (Mandatory Feature CAM / Delcam) is a must.
- Sound knowledge of VMC programming & setting and tooling selection is necessary.
- Shop floor experience of VMC production in a production plant is a must.
- Familiarity with ERP system is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:
