Job Title: Manual Tester

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Test Planning and Strategy**:

- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define testing objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- **Test Execution**:

- Execute manual test cases to identify software defects and ensure the overall quality of the product.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing as needed.
- Record and document test results, and track defects to closure.
- **Defect Reporting**:

- Clearly and concisely report defects, issues, and observations to the development team.
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure effective communication and understanding of testing requirements.
- **Test Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and testing status reports.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
- **Adherence to Standards**:

- Ensure compliance with established testing standards and guidelines.
- Participate in reviews and inspections of project deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Provide clear and concise updates on testing progress and issues to project stakeholders.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute insights to improve overall product quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
