**ABOUT THIS JOB**

We are seeking a self-starter, highly skilled and motivated Master Data Governance (MDG) Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our SAP MDG processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across our enterprise systems. You will assist with various data-related tasks, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain accurate documentation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross functional teams, providing support as needed, and participating in ongoing efforts to enhance data management practices. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in data quality and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the data operations team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Globally manage end-to-end MDG processes for Vendor, Customer, Product, Finance, Panelists in SAP-ECC and S4. Perform data loads, reconciliations, deduplications, fraud prevention and audits.
- Manage tickets assigned and ensure timely completion of tasks as per the SLAs. Ability to act as the point of escalation for critical data-related issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Coordinate with regional and global controllers and cross functional teams like Salesforce, Procurement and downstream systems to enforce policies, data standards and best practices.
- Monitor Servicenow, MDG ticketing queues and strictly adhere to the defined SLAs. Troubleshoot issues related to data governance, integration, and workflow.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of data cleanup processes and efficiency. Support efforts to streamline data handling and enhance overall data operations practices.
- Ability to work independently and serve as a contact point for a single or multiple enterprise defined data/business domains.
- Collaborate with internal security and audit teams to ensure proper controls and governance are in place for Master data processes.
- Complete the tasks within the set SLAs, ensure operational effectiveness and service levels. Regularly review and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Create, review, and maintain standard operating procedures for all master data domains.
- Perform other master data activities as assigned by the Manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Understanding of SAP MDG concepts, architecture, and functionality. 2-3 year experience with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) and its modules, such as MM, SD,and FI.
- 2+ years proven customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- 2+ year minimum in a Data Quality/Management/Operations role.
- 2+ years experience working with ticketing systems.
