**Job Title**: Receptionist
**Job Summary**: We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our organization. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answering phone calls, screening and directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Providing accurate and timely information to visitors and clients about the company, products, and services.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
- Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
- Assisting in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Assisting in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and exercising discretion in handling inquiries.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as phone systems, computers, and printers.
- Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
