- **Following Up and Reminders**:Following up on leads, reminding customers about appointments or deadlines, and managing the sales cycle.
- **Sales Acumen**:Understanding product/service features, benefits, and pricing to effectively pitch and close sales.
- **Problem Solving**:Addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and finding solutions.
- **Communication Skills**:Maintaining a professional and clear communication style, actively listening to customer needs, and tailoring messaging accordingly.
