**Office Assistant Duties**:

- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
- Maintain and update office records, customer data, and vendor files.
- Assist in inventory tracking, stock updates, and order dispatch coordination.
- Support the accounts team with basic billing or invoice handling.
- Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and other external agencies.
- Work closely with the production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain basic HR documentation like attendance, leave records, and daily activity reports

**Tele caller Duties**:

- Make outbound calls to potential channel partners, retailers, and customers.
- Follow up on leads, explain product offerings, and convert inquiries into sales or partnerships.
- Maintain call logs, feedback records, and follow-up schedules.
- Communicate promotional offers, schemes, and new product launches effectively.
- Build rapport with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets).
- Polite, organized, and professional with a positive attitude.
