**Roles**

1. Development samples follow up

2. Assisting in with CAD and get Pattern for each style sampling

3. Time and Action Plan and follow up and update on daily basis

4. Assisting to get CAD for bulk to prepare the fabric program.

5. Assisting to get CMT from production team

6. Follow up with Purchase team to get sample and bulk trims inhouse.

7. Verifying of bulk trims

8. Follow up of fabric team for sample and bulk fabrics.

9. Weekly samples planning and sample unit engagement.

10. Samples to produce from sampling department from new developments till Pre-production samples.

11. Coordinate with Quality team to get samples inspection before sending to buyer.

12. Couriering required Print Strike offs, Lab dips, SMS samples, PP samples, TOP samples & shipment samples to buyer and approval follow up.

13. Making Production file and assisting to conduct PP meeting with Production, PPC and Quality for each style and hand over the production file along with approved sample.

14. Coordinating with factory for size set printing, washing, tie dye etc.,

15. Sample fabric purchase at local source.

16. Out-sourcing process like printing, Washing, Garment dyeing and Tie Dyes, Garment process, etc., will be followed by merchandising team from Price confirmation till completion of bulk program.

17. Coordinating with local buying office for sample and documents approvals.

18. Coordinating with Quality team to complete final inspection.

19. Providing Carton box sticker for bulk shipment.

20. Collecting showroom sample after shipment and maintaining.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Merchant File maintenance

2. Sample Garments Maintenance

3. Import Trims inventory maintenance.

4. Price quotation file maintenance

5. Completed orders file and garment maintenance

6. Domestic courier bill passing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
