**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive

**Location**:Bangalore and Hyderabad

**Reports to**:Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Presentations and Negotiation**:

- Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales, and ensure sales targets are met.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- **Territory Management**:

- Manage and optimize a sales territory, including planning daily and weekly schedules to meet with clients.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions with customers and prospects using CRM software.
- **Market Research and Feedback**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding product improvements, customer preferences, and market conditions.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure alignment and deliver the best service to clients.
- Attend regular meetings with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and submit sales reports, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Keep detailed records of sales activity, customer contacts, and follow-ups.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Field Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Base salary with performance-based commission structure.

**Working Conditions**:

- Extensive travel within the assigned sales territory.
- Regular face-to-face client meetings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends to meet clients' schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
