**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee parcel receiving, sorting, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure packages are sorted accurately based on pin codes, routes, and destinations.
- Monitor real-time throughput to meet daily targets and timelines.
- Coordinate with inbound and outbound teams for smooth flow of goods.
- Maintain proper handling procedures to avoid damage or loss.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.
- Manage workforce allocation and shift planning.
- Track performance metrics such as TAT (Turnaround Time), accuracy rate, and productivity.
- Generate and submit daily operational reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- More than **1 year**of experience in **Sortation Center**.
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts**.
- Knowledge of **inbound, outbound,**and bagging processes.

**Salary**: Upto 33k Inhand + PF + Medical Benefits
