**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance across marketing channels.
- **Content Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the design and development team to ensure brand consistency.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and SEM**:

- Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and monitor PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to enhance engagement and reach.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance.
- Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance and suggest actionable insights.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Understand customer needs and develop campaigns that address their challenges.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT service industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and others.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Skills in generating leads will be a plus.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
