Position**:Tender Executive**

Duration: Full time

Stipend: 10,000 - 15,000 Monthly

Location: Gandhinagar

Roles and Responsibility:
1) Assists with the development and maintenance of standardized tender templates and documentation.

2) Compiles and maintains a list of qualified vendors, especially as related to planned tenders.

3) Assists in the preparation of initial tender documentation and coordinates obtaining the required approvals.

4) Liaises with the User Department on an ongoing basis with respect to Tender requirements and Tender status.

5) Corresponds with vendors in conjunction with the tender process as required, ie, non-disclosure agreements, confirmation of interest, etc

6) Assists in preparation and/or review of Tender Documentation Packages comprising of Instructions to Bidders, Contract Form, General Terms Conditions, Bid Forms, etc.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
