**Job Summary**: The Executive Assisstant will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks, including preparing financial reports, processing transactions, and maintaining financial records. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Investment Management and Analysis**
- Analyze market trends and investment opportunities.
- Develop and implement investment strategies.
- Monitor and report on investment performance.
2. **Reporting and Documentation**
- Prepare financial and investment reports in Excel.
- Compile data from various sources for comprehensive reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
4. **Commission Structure Management**
- Review and update commission structures regularly.
- Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of commissions.
5. **Bank Account Management**
- Review and reconcile bank statements.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports.
6. **Contract Management**
- Draft, review, and update contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate contract records.
7. **Trademark Management**
- Address and resolve trademark disputes.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all trademark-related activities.
8. **Calendar Management**
- Schedule and update meetings and appointments.
- Send calendar invites and reminders.
- Ensure no scheduling conflicts.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2 year of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a similar industry.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with financial modelling and analysis.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Certification (e.g., CPA) or pursuing relevant certification is a plus.
