Program Officer- Reporting and Mobilization

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Reporting**:

- Develop and implement reporting systems to track program activities, outcomes, and impact.
- Collect and analyze data from program activities to create comprehensive reports.
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with program teams to gather relevant information and insights for reporting purposes.
- Generate periodic reports highlighting key performance indicators, challenges, and opportunities.

**2. Data Management**:

- Maintain a centralized database of program-related information and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular data quality assessments and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and accessible manner.
- Work with IT teams to enhance data collection and reporting systems.

**3. Mobilization**:

- Develop and implement strategies to mobilize target communities.
- Collaborate with communication teams to create engaging materials for mobilization campaigns.
- Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and outreach programs.
- Foster partnerships with local organizations, community leaders, and influencers to enhance mobilization efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mobilization activities, adjusting strategies as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., international development, social sciences, communications).
- Minimum 2-3 years Proven experience in program reporting, data analysis and in social sectors.
- Strong understanding of mobilization strategies and community engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in data management and analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
