**मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ**:

- फाइलों और दस्तावेज़ों को एक विभाग से दूसरे विभाग या कार्यालय के भीतर ले जाना।
- कार्यालय की साफ-सफाई और व्यवस्था बनाए रखना।
- कार्यालय समय पर खोलना और बंद करने में सहायता करना।
- स्टाफ और आगंतुकों को चाय, पानी, कॉफी आदि परोसना।
- फोटोकॉपी मशीन जैसे साधारण उपकरणों का संचालन (यदि आवश्यक हो)।
- प्रशासनिक कार्यों में स्टाफ की सहायता करना।
- बैंक, डाकघर या अन्य स्थानों पर दस्तावेज़ पहुँचाना या लाना।
- कार्यालय की आवश्यक वस्तुओं की निगरानी और कमी की सूचना देना।
- वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा दिए गए अन्य कार्य करना।
**योग्यता एवं कौशल**:

- **न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता**: 8वीं पास (10वीं पास को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी)।
- **अनुभव**: पहले से चपरासी के रूप में कार्य का अनुभव हो तो अच्छा रहेगा, लेकिन अनिवार्य नहीं।
- **आवश्यक कौशल**:

- कार्यालय कार्यों की सामान्य समझ
- समय के पाबंद और ईमानदार
- विनम्र और शिष्ट व्यवहार
- निर्देशों का पालन करने की क्षमता
- मेहनती और भरोसेमंद

Pay: ₹10,481.63 - ₹15,000.00 per month
