we’re a team of creative professionals who thrive on innovation and design excellence. We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **Junior Digital Designer** to join our team, helping to create captivating digital content and social media designs that reflect our brand's voice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create graphics, banners, and layouts that align with our brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver designs that resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for digital platforms, maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Utilize photography skills to capture compelling images for use in digital content.
- Assist in developing creative assets for advertising campaigns, website updates, and other digital marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools, ensuring our brand remains fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of design principles and an excellent sense of aesthetics.
- Proven experience in creating social media graphics and posts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Solid photography skills with the ability to edit and retouch images.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics (optional but preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take creative direction.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A portfolio showcasing previous digital design work, including social media posts.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital design or related roles (internships included).
