**Position**: Junior Graphic Designer

**Type**: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- **Design and Layout**: Create visually appealing designs for various mediums including print, digital, and social media.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, senior designers, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts and execute design projects.
- **Revisions and Feedback**: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and perfect design work.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Required Skills**:

- **Adobe Creative Suite**: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- **Microsoft Office**: Basic to intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- **Canva**: Ability to use Canva for quick and efficient design tasks.
- **Creative Thinking**: Strong creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-1 year of experience in graphic design or a related role.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
