Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the design process
    — from concept to final delivery — across digital, print, and branding projects.
  • Collaborate with
    creative strategists, marketers, and content creators
    to bring campaigns to life.
  • Design
    scroll-stopping social media creatives, digital ads, branding collaterals, packaging, and web assets
    .
  • Ensure all designs
    adhere to brand guidelines
    and deliver consistent visual storytelling.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight turnarounds while maintaining
    pixel-perfect attention to detail
    .
  • Stay ahead of the curve on
    latest design trends, tools, and visual styles
    that resonate in the digital space.
  • Bring
    fresh ideas and experimentation
    to every project while keeping business goals in mind.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years
    of experience in a design role (agency experience is a major plus).
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, XD/Figma).
  • A
    strong portfolio
    showcasing creative thinking, attention to detail, and versatility across formats.
  • Understanding of
    social media design trends, typography, color, and layout
