**Powder Coating Applicator - Job Description** **Summary**: "Continual Improvement is our Motto" This position is responsible for carrying out production as a POWDER COATING APPLICATOR promptly without degrading the quality of jobs. Works with limited supervision from a detailed specification that spells out every requirement for the specific job. The job requires each product to achieve the required DFT to the specified standards using appropriate equipment and materials while following the employer's recommended procedures. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities**: - Must have a deep understanding of POWDER COATING and how to achieve DFT as per the specified standards - Must know how to use manual powder coating gun - Should have experience in both SS and MS materials - Must know about surface preparations and related tests - Should be able to carry out production solely without supervision and without degrading the quality of material **Keywords**: - Powder Coating - Achieving DFT - Leadership - English Proficiency - Hands-On Experience **Basic Qualifications** - Minimum three years of related experience and/or training - Must have proven experience in managing a group of people - Must know different types and sizes of structural material **Physical Strain**: - Standard requirements.
