Account executive job description includes being responsible for managing the day-to-day cash flow of the organization including making invoices, maintaining records of transactions, monitoring expenses, and providing reports to the management for financial analysis.

**Responsibilities For Jr. Account Executive**
- Prepare journal entries
- Complete general ledger operations
- Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
- Draw up monthly financial reports
- Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
- Assist with yearend closings
- Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare tax computations
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
- Assist with payroll administration
- Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check

differences
- Account/bank reconciliations
- Review and process expense reports

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Educational Qualifications: Commerce Graduate/ Master.
- Minimum 6 months training completed in a firm or 1 yr. of experience in any company.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Ability to keep documents and data well organised.
