As a **Telecalling Executive **at **EDFIL Learning**, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and contributing to the company's growth and success. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Build Relationships**:Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication, presentations, and demonstrations of our learning solutions.
- **Understand Client Needs**:Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.
- **Negotiate and Close Deals**:Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
- **Meet Sales Targets**:Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- **Collaborate with Team**:Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Any degree is preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales or telecalling roles, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
