Research and Development

Senior Manager (upto 25 LPA) 1
- Understand company operations, products, SOPs, and ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and issue SOPs; develop new products (tablets, softlets, soft gelatin capsules) and related fill/gel formulas.
- Manage stability studies, prepare BOM/MFR/PQS, and ensure timely submission of documents, samples, and audit requirements.
- Conduct troubleshooting, internal audits, vendor qualification, and raw material analysis/approval.
- Oversee equipment performance, calibration, preventive maintenance, and minimise downtime.
- Handle market complaints, regulatory inspections, analytical report reviews, and product re-approvals.
- Lead and guide teams, manage performance, leave, absenteeism, and misconduct while promoting efficiency and teamwork.
- Ensure PPE use, hygiene, dress code compliance, and safe working practices across operations.
- M.Pharm / M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Microbiology) or equivalent.
- 8-12 years in pharmaceutical R&D, including formulation development and method development.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in new product development (tablets, softlets, soft gelatin capsules).
- Strong in formulation design, method validation, and stability studies.
- Proficiency in SOP preparation, regulatory documentation, and audit readiness.
- Leadership in managing multiple projects, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment.

Manager ( 15-18 LPA) 1 Senior Executive (5-7 LPA) 3
- Understand company processes, products, SOPs, and departmental practices.
- Prepare, review, and issue SOPs; develop and perform analysis methods for new products.
- Conduct intermediate product analysis, ensure timely submission of documents/samples, and meet domestic/export requirements.
- Perform internal audits, address market complaints, and comply with regulatory audit findings.
- Ensure instruments operate efficiently, plan analyses with mínimal idle time, and oversee calibration and preventive maintenance.
- Review analytical reports for product re-approval and lead departmental teams to improve efficiency, innovation, and teamwork.
- Manage performance evaluations, counselling, recognition, and ensure timely requisition/control of consumables.
- B.Pharm or B.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related discipline.
- 3-8 years in pharma R&D, focusing on product and method development.
- Skilled in fill and gel formula preparation, method of analysis, and intermediate analysis.
- Experience in calibration, preventive maintenance coordination, and equipment handling.
