**Research & Development Executive (cosmetics)**

**Job Overview**:
**Job: Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conduct research to develop new products, manufacturing procedures, and specifications for new products.
- should have the ability to formulate & develop beauty products like hair, skin, body & face care.
- Should be aware of the current beauty industry trends.
- Plan day to day supervision and formulation of desired cosmetic product development.
- Should have experience in handling weekly/monthly production schedules as per plans.
- Should have knowledge of ingredients, emulsion technology, instrumental measurements, documentation.
- Review with QA/QC Manager and Technical Director and conducts stability program for new products of R&D batches
- Prepare R&D samples, ingredients list, Certificate of Analysis, MSDS to go with the samples for customers
- Assist to review relevant GMP procedures
- Monitor and maintain R&D laboratory and testing equipment including purchasing of testing equipment in a cost-effective manner, conduct or arrangement equipment calibrations and preventative maintenance
- Support marketing and quality assurance/control team in dealing with technical and quality issues raised by customers
- Prepare documents relevantly for international markets such as PIF, registration documents, etc.

**Job Types: Full-time**

**Education**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. /B. tech /M. tech (Cosmetics) - Chemistry or any
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Research & Development.

**Language skills** - English, Hindi & Kannada would be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Pay**: From ₹25,000 - 30,000 per month
