Answering all queries and questions regarding the company.
- Understanding customers’ requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
- Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
- Telecallers should be able to answer customer questions and provide information
- Telecallers should be able to listen to and understand customer complaints and work to resolve any issues in a satisfactory manner.
- elecallers should be able to accurately record customer interactions and transactions and may be responsible for updating customer accounts or profiles with relevant information.
