Job Description:
The EDCI is a startup proprietorship advisory company promoted by experienced Ex-Defence personnel having proven decades-old expertise and a strong national and international network. - Employment skill enhancement
- Investigation of corporate fraud
- Cyber-crime investigation
- Due diligence of companies and key managerial personnel
- Entrepreneurship advisory for the startup and funding solutions
- Physical security, threat and risk assessment, and management of the large establishments
- Drone/UAV training
- Geo-political threat alert through open source intelligence (OSINT)
- Corporate orientation training for the ex-military and para-military personnel
- Fact-checking of legal records
- Litigation handling related to banking and finance
- Facilitate liaising with top brass Bureaucrats, Cops, Business Tycoons, Political Dignitaries, and Corporate Professionals.
- The CEO will have primary responsibility for leading company operations, the overall growth strategy, organizational leadership, financial and organizational management, external communications, and marketing and sales efforts.
- He/she will also be responsible for the development and management of client relationships.
- The CEO will also be responsible for providing the short-term and long-term company vision as well as the development of the sales and marketing strategy.
- He/she will also be responsible to achieve fundraising and revenue objectives.

**Operational Management**
- Oversee operating marketing plan, budget, team management, client visit, drafting all official letters and mail, lead generation, etc.
- Create and revise all content.
- Capability to handle all official correspondence independently.
- Establish strategic partnerships with other companies to reach the ambitious user growth targets
- Build and lead an effective and cohesive executive management team to include all company employees, while establishing a basic personnel policy, initiating and monitoring policies relating to personnel actions, and training and professional development programs.
- Ensure company objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by management and employees.
- Ensure the company and its businesses comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and, where appropriate, best practices.
- Establish, achieve, and report on overall business targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 20 years of experience - Commerce/Finance, Business Administration or Marketing, cyber security, fraud investigation, and physical security. The retired person will be preferred.

**Salary**: ₹45,197.20 - ₹60,433.10 per month
