**Your Role**:

- **Perform SAP Basis administration including installation, upgrades, and patching.**:

- **Configure and manage SAP Solution Manager functionalities (e.g., System Monitoring, EWA, CHARM).**:

- **Ensure system performance, availability, and security across SAP environments.**:

- **Collaborate with functional and technical teams for smooth operations and issue resolution.**:

- **Support audits and compliance through proper documentation and system checks.**

**Your Profile**:

- **You bring 4-12 years of experience in SAP Basis and Solution Manager. You are skilled in managing complex SAP landscapes and leveraging SolMan for proactive system management.**:

- **Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration across ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and PI systems.**:

- **Proficient in Solution Manager setup and usage (System Monitoring, CHARM, Technical Monitoring).**:

- **Knowledge of HANA DB, OS/DB migrations, and backup strategies.**:

- **Experience in performance tuning, transport management, and system copies.**:

- **Good understanding of SAP security, user administration, and audit compliance.**
