Job Description: Perform SAP system administration , including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting across SAP landscapes. Manage SAP system upgrades, migrations, support packs, kernel upgrades , and system refreshes. Administer SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server or other supported databases. Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning for SAP applications and databases. Manage user administration, roles, authorizations, and transport management using SAP Transport Management System (TMS) . Perform regular system health checks, log monitoring, backup/restore activities, and maintain system availability. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve BASIS-related issues. Support SAP security activities including role administration and audit support. Handle Client Copies, System Refreshes , and environment management. Provide support for SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN) functionalities such as CHaRM, monitoring, EWA, and system configurations. Experience working in production support , including handling incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem management. Ensure system compliance, documentation, and adherence to ITSM processes.
