**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

Inspection of Incoming Materials
- Perform detailed inspections of raw materials, components, and hardware parts received from suppliers to ensure they meet specifications.
- Use precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions, tolerances, and quality of incoming items.

Verification and Documentation
- Compare incoming goods against purchase orders, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Record inspection results, maintain logs of accepted and rejected materials, and prepare detailed reports of findings.

Supplier Quality Assurance
- Identify and document non-conforming materials and communicate issues to the supplier and internal teams.
- Work with suppliers and the procurement team to address recurring quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Compliance and Standards
- Ensure all incoming materials comply with regulatory standards (e.g., RoHS, CE) and company quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of certifications, inspection results, and quality documentation for traceability.

Collaboration and Feedback
- Provide feedback to procurement, production, and quality teams regarding supplier quality performance.
- Assist in supplier audits and evaluations as needed to ensure continuous improvement in quality standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- **Experience**: 3-4 years of incoming quality control inspection experience in the consumer electronics and hardware components industry (Automobile industry preferred).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in inspection techniques, tools (e.g., CMM, micrometers), and interpreting engineering drawings/specifications.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, RoHS, CE) and supplier quality assurance processes.
- **Analytical Skills**: Keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills to identify and document material non-conformities.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with quality management systems and supplier quality audits.
- Familiarity with ERP or quality control software for material tracking and reporting.

**Mandatory Skills**
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of GD&T and ability to read and understand various drawings

You must have the below basic requirements:

- Diploma / Engineering graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in incoming quality inspection in the previous role

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
