**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute design concepts for branding, social media, marketing campaigns, packaging, presentations, and more.
- Create compelling visuals aligned with brand strategies across various platforms (digital, print, web, and social).
- Collaborate with content creators, marketing strategists, and clients to bring concepts to life.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of professional design experience (agency experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design rationale.
- Ability to receive feedback and iterate designs efficiently.

**Work Mode**
- **Hybrid**: Remote work with in-office meetings or creative collaboration sessions as needed (based on project/client needs).
