**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conceptualize and Design: Collaborate with the art director and other team members to conceptualize and design backgrounds that align with the overall artistic vision of the project.

Create Environment Art: Produce high-quality environment art, including landscapes, interiors, and cityscapes, that complements the style and tone of the animation.

Maintain Consistency: Ensure consistency in style, color palette, and quality across all backgrounds to maintain a cohesive visual experience.

Research and Reference: Conduct research and gather visual references to enhance the authenticity and realism of the backgrounds.

Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other artists, animators, and designers to integrate backgrounds seamlessly into the animation, considering camera angles and movement.

Adapt to Technical Requirements: Understand and adapt to technical requirements and constraints of the animation pipeline, such as resolution, aspect ratio, and file formats.

Meet Deadlines: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and milestones.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field.

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Bcakground Artist.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of backgrounds and environments.

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.

Understanding of animation principles and how they relate to background art.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to take direction and feedback positively.

Salary : 10k - 15k per month.
