**Guest Greeting & Seating**: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude, manage reservations, and guide guests to their tables in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Reservation Management**: Handle phone and online reservations, ensure accurate bookings, and manage the restaurant’s seating chart to optimize flow and table availability.
- **Customer Service**: Address guest inquiries, provide information about the menu and restaurant, and assist with any special requests or concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with the floor staff to manage guest seating and table turnover, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing wait times.
- **Reception Area Maintenance**: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including the menu display and any promotional materials.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff regarding guest arrivals, special requests, and any VIP or special event bookings.
- **Feedback Collection**: Engage with guests as they depart, gather feedback, and ensure that any issues or concerns are communicated to management for follow-up.
- **Cash Handling (if applicable)**: Process payments for guests who settle their bill at the reception and ensure accuracy in all transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or guest relations role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a polite and engaging manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Experience with reservation management systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
