The resort is committed to delivering unique and vibrant experiences for every visitor.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist at the Roadies Rostel ARC Resort, located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries via phone and email, and performing daily receptionist duties. The Hotel Receptionist will also support smooth communication and coordination to ensure exceptional guest service.QualificationsStrong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilitiesExperience with Receptionist Duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and front-desk operationsProficiency in managing Reservations and booking systemsExcellent Phone Etiquette and professionalism in handling guest inquiriesAttention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptabilityBasic computer skills; knowledge of office software and reservation systems is a plusPrevious experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality management are beneficial
